The troops survived and I decided to level my heroes for a couple of hours. The Livonian server went down and I could not withdraw my troops. Come next morning....my 15k army was dead along with the 2 heroes. Due to no fault of my mine I lost these troops. Is there any way to get these troops back? Sincerely, Malmont

skullbotrock	в: 01 May 2010 [23:09] The game pauses when the server is down. It must have come on long enough during the night for your troops to die. Not technically the game's fault but it's not really fair either.

I was on the middle of a battle then suddenly they turned the server down, the server was back only after 3hrs, and when I checked my city, it turns out that what i have done in my city before they've cut the server had been reset, is there any solution for this kind of problem...

(especially crusade, ,my opinion) the server down time is usually not planned, only thursday for grail is but the staff has told us of unprecedented times when u will not be able to log in before, these are usually large time frames like 1-3 day(s)
