I like this but be careful what you wish for, too. This could make people more likely to do multiple skill changes during battle. Master logistics on flight, then switch to all master range, then if mele immediately switch to all master mele and all while costing less than one "normal" skill reset. If they do this, there should be a 24 hour timer before you can reset partial points a second time.
