Well I'm NOT a techie, so i don't know how powerful the server has to be to support music.

But background music and battle noise such as, swords clashing, horses galloping charge and swish of arrows, at appropriate times, i.e. when melee battle and ranged battle respectively, would be Cool, for 1100 AD (:s36:)

wish i could upload some cool Medieval music (:s10:)

Suggest we listen to Wagner as the battle background score! (:s21:)

Why don't you just use your media player and listen to something in the background out of your collection? I play a lot of games like Fallout 3 and such and the music that comes in the games gets repetitive and monotonous very quickly. In fact one of the first things I do is look to see if I can add to or modify the game music. If not I revert to one of the media players and play something from my own collection.

Now I think you could see why in game music would not really be a priority.

Another thought.... As most music is copyrighted the devs would have to pay for a license to use it. Then the game would naturally cost more to produce and you could probably quickly say goodby to the free to play mode.

Not the least of the priorities, but won't hurt to have a unique medieval game music.... (:s7:) Changes over time... (:s37:)
