1) An Order member who has Cogs should be able to transport troops of another Order Member.
2) When returning to a Merc.Camp players should be able to keep resources gained during a raid. These could automatically be transferred to his nearest city or stay with the army until it returns to a city.
Any thoughts on the above suggestions?

I do not have an opinion on your first point, as I have no experience with how cogs work on the servers where you can build them.
As for your second idea, I could see the ressources staying with the army when returning to a mercenary camp. But since you always have the option to return to a city, I don't think that this is a pressing issue. It could be implemented at some point, but I'd rather see the developers working on carrying ressources on aid missions, like it was announced when vladimirt was first introduced on the forums.

On Koryo you don't always have that option if the city you are returning to is on an island
