Have an event called "Mining Days" where the mines give up ores that can be smelted into gold bars, silver bars, iron bars, copper, gems... you get the picture. Maybe even a "secret map" showing hidden mines that you win after exploring the site and can activate later to go there and get rewards listed above or maybe game gold.

testickle	в: 03 May 2013 [05:17] Yes but you needed slaves to get the gold so that let out all who did not have any slaves. The secret map could be programmed for any location and would add a little variety, novelty and could offer different defenders and an element of surprise.
