I got my 4th city point around 2:00 server on 2010/06/17. And started taking up my next city. Last time i checked it was less than 20 hrs remaining on the counter. I check back again at 17:49. I do not have the city point and i am not taking over any city.
Please do not tell me what to do. I will tell you what to do. I want the city to be under my control by tomorrow 2:00 server time. It is your problem. You solve it.
Damn you guys. Haven't you learned your lessons. Many people are not happy with what you are doing. That is why you lost some good players on crusade. You had to close down the speed server. You lost some of the good money spenders, but still then you are not learning and you are making every bit impossible for the guys to have a good time here on 1100ad.

since you posted this on the English forums, maybe you're referring to me. if so please point out the posts which you have questions on.
as for the other thing, I have a answer to this and a solution but its not a instant solution you wish for. I have one question for you, how close are you from getting your 4th city point?

I know your angry but keep in minde they are doing the best they can.
Think about it there are hunderds of people asking them to do millions of things....
They have dun a great job and even though there are some mall draw backs the game has come a greta way.
I think you should consider that when you put up post. You may not mean to sound the way you do but it is important you consider what your doing and what they have to do..
but a little bit of help..
Hay your armys been attacked by by mercs.. when they attack and your army sees them if not set in the right format they will stop taking the city to kill them:) so if you finde that there are a few dead mercs then you know why it is you have not been able to take the city:)

hi crimson, i was not aware of the delegation of authority and setting up of jurisdictional boundary. well 1100ad is getting awfully mismanaged right after the launch of the siege server. every developer that i had a chat with (including) is willing to give an excuse and justifying themselves that is why some good guys are not playing this game anymore. i miss them a lot.

i have been playing this game for over 10 months and i have been able to handle myself well. but still if you think that i am a noob, then that would be your prerogative.
i got my city point 15 hrs before posting the post in the forum. it took me another hr to start capturing the city. then i logged out. logged in again and saw that the army will complete the capture process in another 20hrs.
and again when i log in after 10 hrs i could not find the city being captured on my campaign list. i searched for my army and found them in my own city. they never left and i am still 3% away from having the 4th city point.
angenic and crimson i hope that i am able to make you understand what the situation was. and angenic, my name is madeye. so you can not possibly think i am sane. so do not say that i am mad when i know i am mad. and regarding developers doing their work and taking care of thousands of players. well i have been here in this game long enough to know how people think and how developers react. so please do not try to patronize me.
recently i lost 3k swords and some troops in BRC. when i checked the BR (battle report) there was no reference to that. it was 2-3 page long and it did not show my loss of swords.

when i raised a request in the support site they told me that the battle report is faulty but the game engine is doing fine. well i do understand what a game engine is. it is a calculator, and the br is the printed format of that calculators calculations. if the engine is right then how can it give wrong br.
if my printer is not working fine, obviously i would not get a good print. if my computers software breaks down i would not get a proper printout. if my printer breaks down i would not get a proper printout. then how can you guys say that the game engine is fine but the br has gone bad.
and also i lost all the messages before 08/06/2010. i never delete my br's but it was clean along with all the messages that i have sent or received.
the server is going off for longer hrs and resets are happening more often.
devs know that their revenue is being affected off late. that is why they have brought the concept of free gold for every day login. this is ridiculous.
i hope you guys get your acts together before your promoters shut you down. or else i would miss this game.

a mod can only mod the forum(s) the developers give him permission to mod. I'm the only English mod which made me think you meant me when you posted what you said about moderators.
I understand the situation most likely completely. the only thing that could have made this happen was a server roll back. I myself have been caught in a few roll backs too. one time, I gathered enough resources to make 1200 swords (this took me about 8 hours of close monitoring since I have no strong boxes). I would have had to wait ~80 hours before all swords were done training. I got on next day to see all of my hard work gone! servers crash and they only get backed up once a day. it sucks but it happens.
there are more steps between those two. the battle engine does not just send raw data to the BR and that's it. it has to be encoded into the right format for the BR to understand at that is where the error lies probably.
