okay this is a big idea with a fair bit of ambition and it would take a free amount of programming and planning by the developers but it would be cool

how about this the developers design a huge battalion of troops set to start incoming toward the servers, like in medieval total war with the mongals incoming from the east, you can't see the city or where they are coming from they just arrive as huge battalions of men, now these groups will go through the server pillaging all towns it comes across and attacking all players, maybe not demoing and taking cities, seems to far, it starts in a random valley between 1-20(not any higher as to much on small players) and carries through to the highest valley taking out whatever is in the way, now the only way to stop these guys is to kill them basically, and since the armies are so vast you need allies, and a lot of them, near enough all sizable forces in your server, so you maybe need to make pacts with your foes and you planning has to be very detailed, never mind your skills to take this force down

and the point, a challenge of pride, a battle log is taken of the battle and the one with the least losses is proclaimed the best server as one force

p.s obviously the developers would send an army in proportion to the servers whole army size, as in all players attack power, say 0.6 times as big as all attack power in the server, meaning not all players are required to take it down but a lot
p.p.s i suggest it be normal troops perhaps with a couple of other additions but no super troops, all the same troops in a huge army, or poor formations set on the armies

Very good idea would add a bit more bite to the game and make good use of troops when not at war.


Good for armies to use then for Xp and smaller players to test there aiding skills. Nice.

I would like to see something like that. Like in the old days.:)

I think this would be fun, but i dont see the devs going for it.

As someone who has tried to organize inter-clan attacks, it is EXTREMELY difficult. To the side, where the Kingdom Events usually are, there should be a list of the next 10 cities the "mongols" will attack along with a timer. That would make organizing attacks lot easier. (:s17:)

Perhaps there could also be a small prize such as a unique artifact or the option to temporarily hire unique mercs (like santa claus) for everyone who kills more than 5,000 soldiers.

That would provide a strong incentive besides pride for everyone to participate.

what about an exeting fee????

so you can pay the enemeis not to attack you!

that way big players will spend gold on getting troops quickly

and smaller players would buy a bit of gold to protect themselvs by buying out

my suggestion is that they don't attack noobs cities, they only attack veteran cities, attacking noobs would be mad, i have said this in my earlier post

maybe, not sure, you may get a lot of players doing that, too many to kill the invasion

This would be great! I love the idea of awards, maybe killing more of the Mongols and being in more battles can give you glory? Because that would make the higher players always help the lower ones
