Each player should have the option to disband army personally when they have an oppertunity to upgrade in that position. For example; disbanding horsemen to make room for Knights.

I edited the headline, because for tactical servers there's a disband option already.
I agree that in some way this feature should be implemented for the non-tactical mode aswell.
