I would like to suggest a new adventure hut, Hunting Grounds. In this site you could hunt deer, buffalo, moose etc. for hides and meat artifacts... of course the herds would move quickly and the hero would need archers...maybe be subject to wolf, bear attacks as well as size limits on your army. Like if you took 5k troops you would get more wolf attacks. Maybe a winter time thing?

Also Consider:
Sites: near water have forest and lake habitat that have moose and goose. Yield meat and goose feathers. protected by wolves.
Forest: have birch trees and conifers and mountains. Yield deer meat and moose protected by wolves and bear.
Plains: conifers and meadows: Yield: deer meat, bison meat as well as hides. Protected by wolves and bears.
Kills require hero to go to "collect" i.e. stand on kill site flag to get artifact(fleshing time). All kills yield hides except goose.
Artifacts: Roasted meat, buffalo hides, goose, goose quills, bear hides and birch cuts ( must use manatarms or barbarian only plus hero for birch cuts) are to be taken back and can be used or made into meat, arrows, boots and winter coats which allow extended stay.
Each collect is 15 min to several hours after the kill. Arrows, bow artifacts required to kill, pike required to defend against bears. these require hunting skill and/or movement by your forces to get the artifacts not just killing incoming hordes. What do you think?

Since we already have the dense forest and the monsters cave, I don't feel like this would be something entirely new. But it could still be a good idea.
Defenders numbers already depend on your army size in every existing adventure hut.
Somehow, I'd dislike if one and the same adventure hut would look different depending on it's location. If the huts had different names, that wouldn't be as confusing - I'm mostly thinking of new players here.
For the "new world" servers: yes.
For the european-based servers: no.
I'm torn on that:
On one hand, I like the idea of having different mechanims in adventure huts, because the simple "kill all defenders, go to the center and explore" does become a little bit boring.
On the other hand, what you suggest is way too difficult in my opinion!
We need a compromise that allows the majority of players to be successfull in such a camp: players with little time and players with a lot of time, new players and veterans.
I think your suggestion would lead to this camp being exclusive for players with much time and experience in-game.
Furthermore, what would be the use for the new artifacts that you suggest?

Well I was trying to think of something new, an adventure hut that had an upper limit on troops like say 5k so it would be friendly to smaller players as well as those with big armies. The idea was to make it like a hunt which was done in wintertime and although wolves and bears would attack, you would try to get close to the herd animals which try to evade your forces. Once you kill some then you have to stand on their tile processing the kill. When the timer set to (?? some time hours) goes off, you get the artifact, meat hides etc. Wolves and bears attack when you are on the tile and timer is active. These site could have different names like marshland hunt, plains hunt and woodlands hunt. These are just my thoughts on mixing it up a bit to have a new experience. It wouldn't be that hard to be successful just explore and shoot.
In my mind the site could have birch forests, pines, grassland meadows and lakes, it would look real cool and be fun.
